What Is The Purpose Of The Technical Service & Support (TSS) Agreement?

The Technical Service & Support (TSS) agreement will prevent the software from becoming obsolete and ensure program compatibility with the latest Microsoft® operating systems. It covers unlimited support calls, free product updates, password assistance, ‘how to’… questions and even database migrations from one location to another. Updates also include new features requested by our existing departments.

Can Our Department Purchase More Than One Year Of Technical Service & Support (TSS)?
