If you are running a newer version of PMI Evidence Tracker (version 7.2.130 and later) you have access to the Help Menu. After logging in to the program press the F1 key on your keyboard. The Help Menu opens with information specific to the screen in the program that you are currently on. In this example the Help Menu opened on the page for the main screen. Pressing F1 while in the Evidence Log will open the Help Menu page for the Evidence Log. In addition, if you scroll down to the bottom of any of the help pages you will see a list of categories that you can browse through.
So if you are ever stuck and can’t get a hold of PMI Tech Support (we do have to sleep at some point) the Help Menu is there to answer your questions.
